This is a family-favourite dish that I’ve been making since my friend Amanda gave me the recipe back in university…and now Eva is making it too!
1 box jumbo shells
2 cups cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper
1 jar pasta sauce
Cook shells until tender, but not done.
Combine remaining ingredients up to parsley.
Fill shells and place in baking pan.
Pour sauce and Parmesan over.
Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes.
